This is according to the report Expanding the Leadership Equation: Developing Next-Generation Leaders – based on a survey of business, government, not-for-profit, and education leaders by the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL).
As for the future? Adaptability, effective communication, learning agility, multicultural awareness, self-motivation and discipline, and collaboration will be in high demand. This list crossed all disciplines.
