As a consultant, Tom helps high-profile influencers grow their reach, impact, and sales through massive product launches that lead to sustainable business growth, without the burn out. Tom is responsible for the marketing campaigns behind New York Times, Wall Street Journal, and USA Today bestsellers; he ran the marketing and promotional effort of the most-funded, non-fiction crowdfunding campaign in the world, which generated $453,803.00 in 33 days.

Altogether, Tom has helped his clients launch more than 40 products – from books, to courses, to summits, to in person events – that have generated tens of thousands of leads and millions in revenue. Ed’s taught, consulted and presented throughout the country to various trade organizations. He specializes in the insurance industry on sharing how to sell and build relationships. He wrote Street Smart Selling: The Beliefs, Strategies, and Management Ideas of Successful Insurance Professionals and is a contributor to the Society of Certified Insurance Counselor’s Resources magazine. Ed’s sales and marketing ideas have appeared in American Agent and Broker magazine

Ed’s the founder of the Bill Gove Golden Gavel Toastmaster club in Boynton Beach, Florida and Palm Beach Toastmaster Club in West Palm Beach, Florida. He serves as a docent at the Henry Morrison Flagler Museum in Palm Beach, where he was recognized as 2001, 2006, and 2007 Interpretive Docent of the Year. Ed frequently presents American history topics to Daughters/Sons of the American Revolution Chapters, Rotaries, church groups, and private membership organizations. He lives in Boynton Beach, Florida with his wife, Liz, and bluetick coonhound, Mollie.

Tim Kinzler has served as the CEO/Team Leader for Keller Williams Realty International Boca Raton since 2011. He leads 225 real estate business partners selling $250,000,000 per year. Keller Williams Realty Boca Raton experienced an 80% owners profit in 2015 which led to a profit sharing opportunity of 105% to all business partners. Tim has been responsible for the growth in the office from 48 agents to 225 in four and a half years. He serves on the Keller Williams International Realty Association Leadership Council representing the South Florida region. He was past President of the Realtor association of the Palm Beaches with over 8,000 members.

Throughout his 35-year real estate career Tim has received several awards. Two-time recipient of the Realtor Associate of the year for the Florida Realtor Association comprised of 130,000 members. As well as three time recipient as the Realtor of the Year for the Palm Beaches. Currently he serves on the Executive Committee for the Florida Realtors, which oversees a $20,000,000 budget. Some of Tim’s interest includes: boats, beaches, photography, technology and fitness.

April Estrada is Co-Founder and Product Manager for The Undress, Inc. With a background in Visual Arts Media and minor in Psychology from University California San Diego, she has helped the vision of The Undress come to life. She and her family have personally worked on everything The Undress – from choosing the best material and print pattern to cutting and sewing every stitch of the dress, they’ve done it all!

She’s also been a part of a start-up video production company, founded by The Undress co-founder, Dennis Caco, called Tekno Vikings. April worked as a videographer, scriptwriter, editor and director. She also served as the Fashion Show Coordinator for The Hammer Festival, sparking her interest in an active lifestyle and with active lifestyle brands.

The Undress is innovation that solves a problem for women to change their clothes after doing a workout in a modest way. They were highlighted on Good Morning America and won the Fashion Face Off section with Daymond John from Shark Tank as the judge.

The Undress raised enough money for 8,000 dresses through their kick-start campaign on www.Kickstarter.com.
