How do your start your day? Want to be productive, creative and energized everyday? Check this success tip out on how to start every day. I learned about this principle from one of the most productive entrepreneurs out there today – Brendon Burchard.

Start every day with a 20 minute stretch. I have found that as I do this I start the day out more grounded and calm. If you have ever watched a dog wake up from a nap that is always the first thing they do – they stretch. Keeping our circulation flowing is beneficial. It will benefit our heart, mind, spirit and energy. This is in addition to your workout. This tip helps me feel more confident.
